The weather was hot so we headed to the beach at Surveyors lake. Harrison loved playing with Grandma and Grandpa in the water.
After the beach we stopped at the 3&93 Dairy Bar. We all really enjoyed the burgers, fries and onion rings. Harrison really enjoyed dumping his entire lunch (think blubbery smoothie) in his car seat. I strongly suggest the 3&93 burger to anyone that makes it there. Its a tad pricey, but well worth it. Bring your appetite!
After the beach we went up the hill to Island Lake Lodge to see some 800 year old cedars, the view across the lake and finally some very large refreshing beers on the deck! Very tired, we made it back to Elkford for supper at 9pm. A typical day with Emily, Harrison and Trent!
