Day 80 - Whitefish Montana

Today we headed south to Whitefish, a small ski town in Montana.  (One of the top 25 ski towns in the world as written by National Geographic)  The drive is only 2.5 hours from Elkford and is quite nice.

Unfortunately the rain was very heavy during the afternoon so we had to cut our day in Whitefish short.  Despite the rain, we still managed to do what tourists do best... eat and shop!

For the night we stayed at a campground in Kalispell.  Since the weather was calling for rain, and we now only have a tent to stay in, we decided to rent a little cabin.  It was perfect!  Was reasonably priced, clean, warm and kept us dry all night long.  A very nice way to camp with a baby.

A very patriotic advertisement outside of one of the saloons in Whitefish.

Costco in the states serves the largest bowls of ice cream possible!

Our cozy little cabin.
